The foundation Kunstmanifestatie Dynamic ART Delta has the following aims: 

1. To organise regular (perhaps biennal) of kinetic art expositions and displays with the themes of wind,  water and sun energy in the delta of Scheldt, Meuse en Rhine rivers in the Dutch province Zeeland.
   

2. To promote contact among professional artists and the public that is interested in such
   activities as training, cultural education, nature and environment.
   

3. To create a specific platform for the creation and display of this kind of art in Zeeland and elsewhere.
